Likely an Eastlake custom ordered piece, this unique chest circa the 1880s-1890s is beautifully decorated. Most notably and unusually, a carved frame surrounding the rounded mirror resembles a hand mirror. Turn spindles elevate shelves surrounding the mirror. A taupe and grey marble top creates a surface beneath the mirror, supported by the lower chest. Burled wood veneers throughout the piece add luxurious swirls with a warm glow. Ornate brass swing pulls adorn the three drawers. The top right drawer is lined with green felt and integrated organizers. A wide drawer sits beneath the two smaller drawers.
