About the Designer:
Milo Baughman (1923-2003) started his career in the mid 1940 in California and is considered one of the fathers of American modern furniture. While he is most known for his 50-year design collaboration with Thayer-Coggin of North Carolina, he also designed for Directional Furniture, Glenn of California, Design Institute America, George Kovacs, and several other companies.

A Mid Century china cabinet from the Emphasis Collection, produced by Broyhill Premier. Circa 1960, this vintage cabinet has recognizable style. The top china cabinet has two center doors, and four oval glass windows, as small hooks are drilled into one shelf for optional hanging display. The lower buffet has matching oval carvings on the open side compartments. Three center pull out drawers offer plentiful space for storage. A beautifully constructed piece of Danish design.

A stunning glass sculpture by Italian artist Walter Furlan(1931-2018), in the style of a commedia dell'arte character. A master of crafting Venetian glass for over sixty years, Furlan incorporates the "a massello" technique into this pantomime of classical Italian theatre for incredible color. Rare NICODEMUS Strawberry Box Circa 1960
Rare lidded box by Nicodemus Pottery circa 1960 resembles a carton of fresh strawberries. A raised strawberry at the center of the stack serves as a handle to lift the lid from the square box. A grey glaze covers this piece with ample brick red intentionally peeking through the glaze. The underside of the piece is impressed with “LET- BLUE BOX YOUR MERCHANDISE- AX 9 2104 COL’S O.”
About the Artist:
Chester Nicodemus (1901-1990) was a Columbus, Ohio potter, sculptor, and teacher known for his small clay birds, as well as other wildlife, teapots and pitchers. His pieces are recognizable as being produced with variously colored translucent glazes, which enhanced the redness of the high iron content of Ohio clay to create a russet brown undertone.
Nicodemus earned a degree from Cleveland Art School and then went on to teach at Dayton Art School and Wittenberg college. In 1932, he became dean at the Columbus College of Art and Design and later taught at Ohio State University and served as president of the Columbus Art League. All of Nicodemus' molds and glazes were destroyed upon his death at his request.

Early PAUL MCCOBB 2 Drawer Stand on Iron Base Circa 1952
An early design by Paul McCobb circa 1952 for Winchendon Modern, this two drawer stand has a simple squared silhouette with a blonde finish. Simple chrome ring pulls adorn the two drawers. The stand sits up on a four legged black iron base.

Rare Vintage FOUNDERS Postmodern Bedroom Set
Circa 1980s, and crafted by Founders, a postmodern bedroom set with Bauhaus style rarely seen. Each piece from this complete collection features graduated fluted black paneled drawers crafted from wood, and designed with hidden side handles. A chrome frame accent enhances the metal illusion to the drawer show fronts. A medium dark finish on the side paneling, and top makes this set easily assimilated into many décor styles while remaining unwavering in its uniqueness. This set features : one horizontal dresser with mirror, one standing dresser, two nightstands, and one headboard.
