Original etching depicts a street scene of the town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in northern Bavaria. Likely created by mid-century German artist Reinhold Bach (1888-1950), this etching features one of the gates to the city that has been captured over the years by numerous artists. Housed in a black frame, this etching is titled and signed “R. Bach” in pencil along the bottom of the print.
