Vintage LADY ELGIN 2.80 Total Carat Diamond and Ruby Watch in 14 Karat Gold

Circa 1940, a rare vintage watch cast in 14kt gold, by Elgin. Sixteen around cut diamonds are bezel set, with an additional eight baguette cut diamonds tension set along the face, for a complete weight of 2.80ct combined. Cast in mixed metals, a rose gold case in accented with a yellow gold crown and dial, with a white gold bracelet strap. Recently serviced to run properly.
