THOMAS MANGELSEN “Out of the Blue” Limited Edition Photographic Print
This limited edition photographic print by American photographer Thomas D. Mangelsen (1946-) captures a majestic American Bald Eagle in flight against a blue sky. A recipient of the Ansel Adams Award for Conservation Photography and many other accolades, Mangelsen has traversed the globe for his photographs, but remains firmly cemented in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, where he has lived for over 40 years. Mangelsen’s photographs are free from digital manipulation, often to the point where they are mistaken for paintings. Matted in white and housed in a dark wood frame, this limited edition print is signed and dated 1991 by the artist along the bottom of the photo.
