Etching by Moroccan graphic artist Guillauime Azoulay (1949-) for the French department store Printemps depicts a bucking stallion connected to the foreground by a plethora of straight lines. Internationally collected, Azoulay prefers to treat his typical subject matter of horses, dancers, and human figures as graphic landscapes with parallel lines meandering throughout the surfaces of his work. Intensely matted and framed in gold, this etching is signed and numbered by the artist.
