About the Artist:
Patricia Qualls (1954-) was born in Manchester, Tennessee. With a uniquely broad work experience, Qualls found her calling in art as a way to escape her previous clinical and analytical mindset. Her genuine curiosity and love of experimentation brings every painting to life through her expressive gestural movements, brush patterns, and color. Qualls’s art is represented in many galleries worldwide with a permanent collection at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, CA.
