Vintage limited edition engraving by French artist Patrick Dupré (1907-1985) depicts Op-art undulations of a silver foil surface. Titled ”Huit en Huile” or “Eight in Oil”, this print catches and reflects light as the viewer moves around the piece, detailing the space age mindset common to mid-century modern arts and entertainment. Housed in a slender silver frame, this engraving is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist in the lower left hand corner of the print.
