CARL SORENSEN Bronze and Copper Candle Holders
These candle holders are crafted in bronze and copper by noted Arts and Crafts metalworker Carl Sorensen, offering a darling addition to the tabletop décor. Producing most of his work in Philadelphia in the early 20th century, Sorensen later became a designer for Tiffany Studios in New York. Decorated with blossom motifs and finished in a verdigris patina, these candle holders are stamped with Sorensen’s signature on the bottom for authenticity.

JESSIE PRESTON “#7” Chamberstick in Bronze Circa 1905
#7 Chamberstick circa 1905 was crafted from bronze by metalworker Jessie Preston. Jessie Preston was a woman metalsmith and designer in Chicago 1900-1918. Rare find as she had a limited production. Jessie Preston was one of the first female graduates of the School of the Art Institute’s decorative design focus, quickly gaining recognition for her jewelry and metalsmithing. Signed with Anderson Foundry mark, Chicago 1905.
