During his four decades with Dunbar, he designed 150 pieces, and had work included in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Boston Museum of Art, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Wormley’s honors included the Designer of Distinction from the American Society of Interior Directors in 1982 and the Distinguished Designer Award from the American Society of Furniture Designers in 1986, among others.
