Antique Adams Style Satinwood Carlton Desk with Chair
SOLD
Antique Adams style Carlton desk is made from satinwood with hand painted decorations throughout. Florals, urns, and figural vignettes add to the antique, Old World look of this piece. A plethora of small subbies, cabinets, and drawers surround the slide-out leather top, pulling out to extend the work surface. Three larger drawers with metal knob pulls add more substantial storage options. Painted details extend down the squared, tapering legs. This desk maintains its original chair, similarly decorated with hand painted details throughout. A painted vignette decorates the center of the oval back, surrounded by cane that matches the seat.
