Crafted in sterling silver, this cigarette case by F. Bushell Sterling is dated antique to 1920 and features a classical aesthetic inundated with etched acanthus designs that adorn its face. This tin was traditionally used to store men’s cigarettes in the lining of a coat pocket, and features a hinged design, opening to reveal an aged, tarnished interior that details its significant history. Stamped with a maker’s mark on the interior of the tin, this piece of dated décor offers a collectible find from a bygone era.
