This etching by American artist Caroline Williams depicts a black-and-white rendering of Cincinnati’s Lytle Park, a statue of former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln adding weight to the foreground of the image. A native of Covington, Kentucky, Williams became well-known for her sketches of lost architectural treasures in the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana Tri-State area, and regularly published her work in the Cincinnati Enquirer. This etching is housed in a smart black and gold framing and is plate signed in the lower right corner of the print by the artist.
