This lithograph by English artist Mary Vickers depicts a fabulous couple in extravagant dress, bodies meshed together against a gorgeous ballroom, complete with checkered tile floor. Vickers studied at St. Martin’s School of Art in London, becoming a popular Art Nouveau artist and delivering straightforward images of tenderness in a time capsule of style. Housed in a sleek black frame, this lithograph is signed in the lower right corner of the print by Vickers.
