Mid Century Modern JOHN KAPEL for GLENN OF CALIFORNIA Hostess Bar

Designed by John Kapel for Glenn of California, this hostess bar has great mid century modern style with a matte walnut finish, white laminate veneers, and interesting black and brass caster feet. The rectangular top has a drop leaf with handles on each side. The leaf can be lifted and the top slid to greatly extend the surface, covered in a protective white laminate. A wide drawer has a round, tapered pull, finished in black with a recessed escutcheon. A lower shelf with matching white laminate adds to the style and function of this piece. Faceted black caster feet have brass hardware, adding to the vintage look of this piece.
