This print by late American artist Gerald Harvey Jones (1933-2017) is ready to bring a touch of spring into your living quarters. Harvey was a traditionalist artist, collected by notable figures such as Lyndon B. Johnson, Margaret Thatcher, and Texas Governor John Connally. This early American street scene takes place on a rainy day, perhaps teasing April showers and May flowers. A family pays a visit to a florist, their horse-drawn carriage waiting patiently in the gentle shower of the spring day. Subtle stars and stripes waver in the background of the day as birds explore the pavement. This print is signed and numbered 2220/3550, framed gold.
