James Fetherolf (1925-1994) was born and raised in Nazareth, Pennsylvania before moving to Los Angeles, California in 1949 to pursue acting. Fetherolf quickly pivoted to pursue set design. He earned attention through his mastery of photorealism, which allowed him to work at 20th Century Fox and Disney on the sets of Zoro, Mary Poppins, and more.
