A bronze statue created after Demétre Chiparus(1886-1947), one of the most prominent Art Deco artists of the era. Titled Starfish Dancer, this piece is attributed to his sculpture Dansatoare Egipteană or The Egyptian Dancer. Secured to a green marbled base, this bronze is highly detailed from the beading of the costume, to the intertwined palms. and smirk of the dancer.
