SYLVAIN KINSBURGER (1855-1935) Bronze Sculpture of Cupid and Swan

This original bronze sculpture by French artist Sylvain Kinsburger (1855-1935) depicts a cupid figure joyfully paired with a robust swan. Mounted on a base of rich red marble, the sculpted swan doubles as an open vessel, allowing this fine sculpture to be used as a charming candy or trinket dish. Signed in the casting by the artist along the base of the sculpture.
