Antique MAURICE LEBLANC Bronze Sculpture

Antique bronze sculpture by 19th century French artist Maurice LeBlanc depicts the bust of a young woman dressed in ornate clothing. Treated with a gorgeous, oxidized patina, this sculpture provides a rendition on LeBlanc’s “Buste de jeune femme”, a repeating subject of which the artist made several versions of. Resting on a beautiful stone base with brass feet, this sculpture is signed in the casting by the artist on the reverse side of the bust.
